Thank you for your interest in carrying Bella Press Designer Papers in your store.

Please review the following information to set up an account.

1. Proof of storefront.

(Please provide us with one of the following: photo, advertisement, copy of

phonebook listing, copy of lease agreement, or copy of newsletter.)

Note: No businesses operating exclusively via the Internet.

2. Copy of resale or business license.

3. Business card or letterhead.

In addition to the above information, we require that two forms be completed. One of these is required by our state law, and the other is necessary for our files. Call 253-437-1626 to have the forms faxed to you.
