*Returns may be made within 21 days of order placed or 14 days from receipt of order with prior authorization. * The actual purchase price minus shipping will be refunded. Any defective products sent must be reported within 14 days of receipt of order to receive replacement. Incorrect order fulfillment must be reported within the 14 days in order to remedy the error.

2. Include your invoice or account number. Write the invoice or your account number on the outside of your package. If possible, include the packing slip with the returned items.
3. Tell us why you are returning the item. Include a note indicating the reason for your return. If the item was defective please indicate if you desire a replacement of the same item or a refund. If you desire a replacement of the same item we will ship it to you post-paid.
Refund will be credited back to the original card used for purchase.
