D) Hold down the Shift key and click the Site Settings button: on the toolbar ... or (while holding down the shift key) choose Site--->Settings.

d-2) The Site Settings dialog box opens with the Template Info option already selected.

d-3) Enter a description of the site in the Description Box, where you see "CatalogIntegrator Site Template".

d-4) Click the "Set" button under "Layout", navigate to the "templateicons" folder in GoLive, and select "CatalogBuilderIcon.gif". The recessed area beside the Set button will fill with that image.

c-5) Then do the same with the "Set" button under "Structure" and select "BuyObjectsIcon.gif". Click "OK" and you're done.

Now, next time you desire to create a New Site using "File --> New Site --> Copy from Template", the dialog box will appear correctly, thus:

These images really don't do anything but look nice, but looking nice is a good thing.
